Date: 2009-12-26 12:10 am (UTC)Ari hummed carols under her breath and went to wander aimlessly, vaguely hoping to bump into someone.

Date: 2009-12-26 12:21 am (UTC)Ray laughed, pushed herself back up and offered a hand to her friend. "Merry Christmas," she said with a broad smile. As she looked around, she commented, "Man, there's so much snow! Have you ever seen this much before?!"
It was a stupid question, considering, but that didn't matter. What mattered was that it was there, and it was awesome.

Date: 2009-12-26 12:39 am (UTC)Aru shook herself off after standing, making a face at Ray. "Merry Christmas to you too." She looked around as well, a grin forming again at just how much of it. "Nope! New York never had this much." She said cheerfully. "And if we did, it was either ice by morning and or icky dirty slush."
And it was awesome. It was so awesome that Ari was using aero to dump more snow on Ray and running for her life.

Date: 2009-12-26 12:42 am (UTC)And when it came to Christmas decorations, Song liked to improvise...
One of her toy horses was set in front of a small ceramic sleigh that held candy. Meanwhile, a stuffed dragon perched among the branches of the tree. Similar things had been done in each public room, and Song was rather proud of herself.
Currently, though, she was curled up on on end of her favorite couch in the front room, nursing a mug of apple cider and waiting patiently for company.

Date: 2009-12-26 01:40 am (UTC)After a moment, he smiled slightly. Well, at least it was still pretty enough. It would be better once the snow would stop falling.
He headed towards the front room, pausing when he saw Song. He then glanced at her improvised decorations and raised an eyebrow. "Been having fun, I see."

Re: Radiant Garden
Date: 2009-12-26 12:55 am (UTC)But it was Christmas. Christmas was a time of peace and joy, beautiful hymns and presents and rum and egg based drinks. Time to go celebrate the season OUTSIDE the library!
Heck, if she didn't see anyone she knew, she could always treat herself to Christmas dinner.
throwing on her coat and hat she headed into town.
Re: Radiant Garden
Date: 2009-12-27 07:54 pm (UTC)So far, so good. He had to take off his mittens to handle the cup properly, and had settled for a straw for pure convenience. He decided about one sip in that he really, really, really liked eggnog and had continued on his way through the snow-covered streets of Radiant Garden.
Around five minutes later, he spotted a familiar figure walking through the ever growing snow drifts.
"Hey Ash!" he called, waving cheerfully.

From:Grumping around town
Date: 2009-12-26 12:59 am (UTC)Not that this was the only thing on his mind as he wandered around town, but it didn't stay down for long when he tried to think of something else. The only other thing on his mind was whether or not he really wanted to be out and about. He had considered staying in with some tea or hot chocolate and a book, but that made it too easy for people to find him and bother him.
No matter where he went, though, he took care to avoid all the damned sprigs of mistletoe some weirdo had placed all over town. Honestly, where had such a weird tradition come from?
Not that he would have complained if Kairi cornered him under one of the sprigs, but that was a little beside the point. No grumping when Sora's around
Date: 2009-12-26 02:00 am (UTC)But he still looked like a walking Gap commercial. With zippers. Lots and lots of zippers.
He'll grump no matter who's around if he's in the mood to grump.
Date: 2009-12-26 04:47 am (UTC)"It can't be that cold," he remarked as Sora drew closer.

Date: 2009-12-26 02:34 am (UTC)It made her glad that she had decided to stay for Christmas, even though she felt a pang at the thought of her real home. She had let them down - her grandparents, mother, sister, friends, but...going back wouldn't make things better. Not now.
She shivered for a moment, trying to wrap her coat tighter around her (which was useless, since it was already zipped) before continuing, trying to pay at least a little bit of attention to where she was going.
whereever Sora is idk
Date: 2009-12-26 03:12 am (UTC)He liked Christmas, really. Though he would've been even happier if they could have stayed on the Islands, he was thankful enough that things were quiet for the moment. He was content with being able to spend the the holiday with his friends.
After gulping down the last of his cocoa, he looked at Sora and Roxas once again, deciding to leave them alone for now.

Date: 2009-12-27 06:41 am (UTC)She giggled quietly, as she made her way to the main living room and thence to the the many stockings that hung all around the enormous fireplace. Finding the correct stocking--Josiah's, she began to fill it, stuffing it completely with feathers of all shapes, sizes, and colors.
Then, her mischief accomplished, she slipped back up the stairs to bed, an impish smile still on her face.
