It was perfect. It was Christmas morning and for one day there was peace throughout the universe.
There were presents to be open, feasts to be had and company to enjoy.

"Oh, I'll catch you alright!" She chased her enthusiastically, yelping when the snow hit her. This wasn't fair; Ari totally had the advantage here! Ray had a couple of aces up her sleeve for this game, of course, but she decided against using them yet. Instead, she threw more snow. And why not? There was plenty to go around!

Ari spun around to grin, only to flail to a stop when she got hit in the face with the snow ball. There was a pause as the snow dripped down her face and she scrunched her face, shaking her head like a dog. "You're getting it now." She yelled, a tinge of laughter in her voice before taking off into a football tackle in Ray's direction, slightly cheating with a boost of glide.

Ray had enough time to let out a squeak and dove to the side. Ari hadn't missed, however; that boost had been just enough to tag the girl in the side. So Ray lay in the snow, trying to catch her breath between laughs.

Ari laughed as well, grinning brightly though her face was freezing from the earlier snow. She would never admit it, but such a thing like this was just what she needed ever so often. Enjoying herself without a care.

"See~ I got you." She teased, and formed another snowball.
