Who: Cloud, Sora, Roxas. Later Aerith, Tifa and Kairi
What: CROSSDRESSING! \o\\o//o/
Where: The shady part of town.
When: Sunday
Cloud knew Tifa could take care of herself. But he still couldn't help but worry about her, especially after he learned where she had gone. And she had been gone much longer that Cloud expected her to be. So when Sora and Roxas had offered to help, he gladly accepted it.
He was standing by the Tifa's bar, waiting for the boys to arrive. They would figure out any sort of plan as they went along. This couldn't be that hard.

This persistent cold or whatever it was wasn't helping either. It wasn't debilitating or anything, only a little distracting, but all the same it added to his generally glum outlook on the situation.
He wasn't surprised that Cloud was already waiting when he arrived.

"Hey. Should we get started?"
no subject
"We know Tifa's here", Cloud said as they arrived in the shady part of town, "So just ask around. But be careful"
no subject
Well, it shouldn't, but Roxas didn't trust his luck and he was right not to. The first person he asked suggested he try the bar if he was looking for its owner. When he replied that she wasn't there, hence the searching, the guy shrugged and said he couldn't help. He had no idea Tifa ever left the place.
"Thanks for the brain fart," Roxas grumbled under his breath as he walked away. This was going to suck... royally. Hopefully Sora and Cloud were having better luck.

"Have you seen Tifa around here?" Sora asked a man leaning in a doorway.
"Who?"
"Tifa, the barmaid. Uh...she's tall and she's got black hair and I guess she's wearing a blue dress?"
"If she's a barmaid, I'm betting she's in her bar."
Had this been the first such exchange, Sora would have thanked the man for his time and gone on his way. But it wasn't. More like the fiftieth. So poor Sora was getting painfully close to some kind of breaking point. Instead of being polite, he just pouted and wandered off.

"Isn't she your girfriend" Said one man Cloud had asked, "Shouldn't you know where she is?"
"She's not my girlfr--"
"But you're always hanging around her bar"
The was getting exasperating, "Look, have you seen her or not?" Cloud asked.
It turned out he didn't. Cloud sighed as he went to find Sora and Roxas. Odds are someone had seen Tifa.

Until he ran into a regular from the bar who liked to tease about being anywhere near the place when he was underage.
"Have you seen Tifa? No one's seen her for most of the day and she didn't tell anyone where she was going."
The man blinked at him and took an agonizingly long minute to sort through his booze soaked brain for an answer, "I dunno. Was she wearin' an'thing special?"
"Uh, a blue dress, I think." Roxas could only assume that with Seventh Heaven closed, this guy had gone to a different bar or had something at home. Either way, it took another painfully long minute for him to answer.
"Well, I did see a black haired bombshell in a blue dress goin' into th' Honey Bee Inn. Not sure if t'was Tifa but... ah hell, with that figure, how could it not be Tifa? Although, why she'd be goin' into tha' place, I couldn't guess." And with that the man wobbled off, probably to find more booze.
Not that Roxas cared about that, he had a lead. Now where Sora and Cloud?
no subject
"Did that guy say anything? You were talking to him for a while."
no subject
He didn't really wait for Sora to reply for running off. They had a lead to follow and the sooner they did, the better.

"I hope you two managed to get better information than I did"
no subject
((OoC: Can we just segue over to the inn now?))
And moving on <.<
"This may or may not suck," he huffed.

"Let's just get this over with..." Cloud said as he knocked on the door

The door opened a rather large man stepped out and looked over the three for moment before asking, "Waddya want?"
"Uh we're looking for someone," Roxas replied, suddenly a bit uncomfortable, "Someone else said he saw her here and..."
"Sorry, no guests unless you're here for the boss's wife search. And since he's not into men... or jailbait... you three ought to get out of here." With that, the guard slammed the door on them.
So much for that. They really didn't need to make a scene of crashing the place. This town had enough problems. But... why in the hell would Tifa have gone in there?
"Well... he said 'no guys'. Now what?"
no subject
Cloud rubbed his forehead in frustration. "Now what?" indeed.
"Maybe we should, I don't know, go back to te main part of town and tr to come up with a plan?"
