Who: Awiergan (and any who dare oppose her! *snicker*)
What: Looking for her Precious. Actually, Maleficent's Precious.
Where: Olympus Coliseum, Underworld

Sneaking around the Underworld was a little creepy, even for Awiergan. It was dark, and cold, and guarded by an enormous three-headed dog. The breath on that thing- Thank the Darkness for portals. She shook her head, briefly wondering how the others were faring, then decided she didn't care. She was down here for one reason, and the sooner she found what she was looking for - and managed to stay under Hades' radar while doing it - the better. She'd avoided running into any Refugees so far, but she doubted that would last.

Thanks a lot, Maleficent.

Roxas landed in the courtyard in front of the Coliseum, fully intending to ask Phil and Herc if they'd seen any strange goings on. He'd asked Ven to meet him here and hoped he was just taking his time. Either way, he headed in to talk to Phil and hoped the pudgy satyr could help. He supposed he could just fill Ven in on any relevant info when he got there.

For Ven, this was a lot to take in at once. When Roxas had contacted him and he learned about everything that was going on, he had immediately felt a pang of guilt - he should have been keeping a closer eye on things. So much for helping out.

But...what he had been doing with Terra and Aqua was pretty important.

He ignored his thoughts, following a familiar path to the place where Roxas had said they would meet. No point in thinking about what he had missed - he was there now, and he would do everything he could to help.

As Ven walked, he couldn't help but stare at the everything along the path. This world, like all the others he had been to, had changed. But it was still Olympus, through and through. Briefly, he wondered how Herc and Zack were doing - had they managed to become heroes, yet? Maybe, when this was all over, he could go see them.

It was at that thought that he spotted Roxas, waiting right where he said he would be.

"Hey, Roxas!" he yelled, running over to greet his lookalike.

"Hey," Roxas said in greeting, "Ready to find out what's going on here?" He didn't miss how Ven was looking around and it occurred to him that things might get a little weird if they did meet up with Herc.

Never mind weird, if they damned game was accurate. What would be the response when Ven asked after Zack? Roxas shook the thought away and headed into the Coliseum. There was a good chance Phil was busy with something or other inside.

"You bet I am!" Ven replied, smiling confidently. He was confident - between him and Roxas, they'd figure out what was going on in no time. "Where should we start?"

He left the question sitting there, waiting for an answer from Roxas...but then, he got a funny feelings. One of those funny feelings that might be more than just his imagination. Then, for just a moment, he thought he felt something nearby...some sort of really, really strong Darkness.

"Hey, Roxas..." He didn't finish the sentence - just looked around him, unsure of what his eyes were searching for.

Roxas was about to answer to answer Ven's question when got that 'being watched' feeling. That feeling came with a strong sensation of Darkness and a good look around showed the source. For a moment, Roxas had no idea who the woman was. Then he remembered the video post of the woman who had kidnapped Amy and Eli six months ago. What had she said her name was?

Did the name matter at the moment? Roxas couldn't see how it would. She was definitely not an ally. He didn't call on his Keyblades just yet, instead nudging Ven and calling his attention to the woman.

"I think we found what we're looking for," Roxas said in a low voice.

"Looks like you're right." Ven replied, keeping his eyes on the strange woman. The more he focused on her, the more he realized how much Darkness he was sensing - cause of the problem they're worried about or not, she definitely wasn't a friend. Her comment when she approached solidified that much.

"Who are you?" he asked, not breaking his focus for a second. Mentally, he was also preparing for a fight, ready to summon his Keyblade at a moment's notice.

Roxas said nothing for the moment, waiting to see if the woman would answer Ven's question. He kind of doubted it, but there was always the possibility that she might feel like gloating about something or other. It was certainly possible if she was confident enough to tease.

'What's with the pendant, I wonder,' he thought to himself, having noticed her fidgeting.

Ven was about to reply when she attacked. The ball of flame was easy enough to dodge, especially since he was so on guard - he rolled to the side, summoning his Keyblade instinctively as he stood.

But there was no point - she was already gone. Where...?

"Should we go try to look for her?" Ven asked.

Roxas had dodged the other way to avoid the fire, also coming up with Keyblade in hand. However, the woman was gone.

"I don't think we'd find her. I think I saw a dark portal. We'd have to have followed her into it to catch her and I'm not sure we want to take that risk..." To make matters worse, the fact that she didn't stick around suggested that she had probably accomplished whatever it was she was there for. She had come from the direction of the entrance to the Underworld, but Roxas really had no desire to go there.

The only thing he could really think of to do now was to return to Radiant Garden and report on what had happened.
