Who: Everyone going to Star Market
What: Star Market!
Where: Crescent Station
When: August 20-22

Crescent Station was even busier than usual today: ships of all sorts kept pulling in to dock, ferrying merchants here or there and surprising the world's natives by being so different. The normal lot of airships were waiting in anticipation for more people to arrive; for them, this was a business opportunity. They could be rented out to do any number of things, and they were eager to find new customers.

The Market itself kept mostly to the ground floor of the Station, with tables set up as far as the eye could see. Some shops even extended into a ship or two to save a bit of space for the others. And there were all sorts of things among their wares - clothes, jewelry, weapons, books, and anything else you could imagine, and almost all were guaranteed to be magically enhanced in some form or fashion - so it was nigh impossible that a customer of the Market would not be able to find what they were looking for. It was just a matter of whether they were willing to pay for it.

OOC: This is going up early to allow you guys some more time to play around and find what you like. Remember that the price a merchant names will not always be in munny, and will not always be something you wish to give up. Oh, and don't be afraid to sell things, either!

If there is anything you are unsure about getting at Star Market, please talk to Fox or Ari about it for confirmation. Ray will be out this weekend, so contacting her will be pretty much useless until next week.

Lastly, this post will have three comments for each day: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please reply to them in accordance with the day you visit the Market. You're free to visit the Market more than one day, though; take your time in finding stuff. Have fun!

After last year, Roxas wasn't one hundred percent certain that coming to the Star Market was the best idea. He'd been turned into a cat, for fuck's sake, and he still had some... issues with it. Granted, the sharper hearing and sense of smell had their benefits, but he wasn't so sure it was worth the drawbacks. Being more sensitive to sounds made sleeping a little difficult and the more sensitive nose meant it was easier to disable him with a strong stench. As he had learned the hard way with the Doom Train or whatever the hell it was called. The only benefit of the leftover effects from the curse that didn't have a notable drawback was that he could see better in the dark. Still, if the people of Crescent Station took the same issue with so many people from other worlds that the people of Ingary had taken, there could be more problems.

Despite his misgivings, Roxas was here anyway. Mostly, he was looking to replace the mythril mail that he'd lost. Why he hadn't been wearing it the day Radiant Garden had fallen, he didn't know, nor had he the foggiest idea why it hadn't been packed either, but it was gone and he needed to replace it. With so many vendors around, it was unlikely that he'd leave without a suitable replacement. Possibly, he could even find something better. For now, as he searched out any possible places to get such an item, he was also perusing other stalls and tables.

There was also some small hope that there were some food vendors around as well, seeing as how he hadn't eaten breakfast...

Maybe it was weird of Fox to be doing this, but she kind of wanted to see what other gag weapons she could find. Her amusement with the hockey stick polearm and ice based hockey puck explosives had not worn off and there was a serious temptation to find even more sports related weapons. If not sports, maybe arts and crafts or other hobbies. She had seen a halberd that looked like an X-Acto knife last year. She hadn't bought it because she'd noticed it after she'd spent all her munny.

At any rate, this was the place to be when one wanted something unusual in magical items and Fox was reasonably certain she'd find something she was looking for.

Seph was out early. Mostly because he was restless and had nothing better to do since Aria was still in bed and seemed determined to stay there until noon. Many of the merchants were still setting up. He passed one that seemed to be putting sports equipment and some seemingly random items out among the weapons.

He ignored it for now but, there seemed to be some promising items so he decided to come back later. He was mostly just getting a feel for where things were at the moment. Maybe he would try to get a sheath for his sword before it got crowded...
