Who: Rox, Robin, Auria, anyone else who wants to go to Atlantica. Just let me know if you want in.
What: Sidequesting!
When: This weekend.
Where: Atlantica
Status: In progress.
Notes: There will be two 'sections' - the first can be used for conversation/messing around/anything we may or may not feel like doing outside the battle, and the second will be for the actual fight. Because I can or something idk.

The meeting with Triton had taken place not long after the group landed. The castle wasn't too hard to find and, thankfully, the group didn't have too many Heartless encounters. The sea was strangely quiet...or maybe it wasn't so strange, considering how peaceful it had been during the War of Hearts.

At least problem wasn't Heartless, or anything else that suggested the world was in danger. There was a monster on the loose - some force was awakening a 'sea monster of legend', and Triton feared that his kingdom would be in danger if it was allowed to run amok in his ocean. The goal was simple, then - hunt down the monster and destroy it. Maybe they would even figure out what had awakened it...for all they knew, the information would be useful.

Unfortunately, finding a really big sea monster in a really big sea was easier in theory then execution. They only had a vague idea of where to look, and then most of it was just guessing.

Guessing and, unfortunately, waiting.

"As soon as we get tired and turn our backs to leave, probably." The comment was casual and almost bored in tone, but Song's posture was anything but. It had been a while since her last visit to this ocean, but learning to swim with a tail was like learning to ride a bike. She'd also remembered keenly Ryuu's advice on combat, during those first few days. Swinging weapons were ineffective. Stabbing weapons were ideal. Her glaive could do both.

She was quite determined to end this mysterious monster's rampages, but she was strangely relaxed. She'd feared for the world itself when she heard of the distress call. One monster didn't seem like much in comparison.
... Hopefully that wouldn't prove overconfidence.
