Who: Cloud, Tifa, ANYONE AND EVERYONE ELSE
What: Cloud and Tifa have a blind date they didn't see coming, courtesy of a certain healer.
When: Evening, Valentine's Day
Where: all over Radiant Garden
Aerith looked up toward the cliffs, wondering if the special guests had arrived at their destination yet. It was ten minutes to eight - the time she'd had Leon tell each of them to meet her at the Dark Depths with the assurance that he'd take care of the bar until they came back. Tonight could be a busy one, and they couldn't afford to close it.
She smiled, firmly believing they'd be at the Dark Depths on time. Neither of them were here now, at the bar, so they'd probably left already. And neither of them would find a trace of her there, save for the large basket with her flowers sitting on top of it. Inside were all kinds of snacks for them - things that were good cold, of course, including little cakes and chocolates - along with two glasses, a thermos of hot tea and a chilled, unopened bottle of wine. Tifa would recognize that as the one she'd given Aerith when the healer had requested some wine to bake with. And attached to the flowers was a card that read, "Happy Valentine's Day, you two! Enjoy your date!"
Aerith, for her part, was waiting contentedly for the clock to strike eight, and helping Leon to mix and serve drinks at Seventh Heaven in the meantime. Once the hour hit, the show would really begin: some of the refugees and people of Radiant Garden had volunteered to provide some fireworks, and they'd be taking extra pains to coordinate everything perfectly. She - no, everyone involved - had planned everything for tonight very carefully; if this went right, Cloud and Tifa would be in the perfect position to enjoy the show.
Putting on her best smile, Aerith turned back to the counter, a customer's drink in hand. She'd done her part in setting up their blind date. Now, it was her turn to play bartender.
