She pushed her menu away in disgust. She was deliberately avoiding mentioning that Eli had been able to out her because of her own actions; if she hadn't left her pendant for him-
"Books." She said suddenly. "Just a few simple little books." She wasn't sure herself yet quite what she intended, so there really wasn't much she could tell Hex. Not that she'd want to even if she knew for sure.
