Who: Hex and people in RG
What: Even Hex has to relax, and go grocery shopping
Where: Maleficent's old castle on RG/RG
When: After Mabry's announcement

OOC: It's been rather dramatic lately, hasn't it? Why don't we take a break from that for awhile, and just spend a moment living.

The sun was shining. There wasn't a cloud in the sky. And, tucked under a fleece blanket in tiny little room, Hex rolled over and tried to go back to sleep, ignoring the bright glare. The star in the sky continued to fill Hex's makeshift bedroom with light, revealing it's rather cozy contents.

A desk, butted against one wall, had her laptop. A cot, butted against the other rather close wall, had Hex, curled up into a ball, trying to pretend that the sun had yet to rise. A chest at the end of the bed held some clothes, and apart from that, the room was empty.

With the door opposite to the window, it had more in common with a small, almost unlived in college dorm room, than the bedroom of a powerful Witch. Sure, there was a large, opulent suite just down the hall and up four floors. With a king size bed, huge amounts of space, floor and ceiling murals, beautifully carved furniture, and an awe inspiring view of the surround blue valleys. Hex never really felt comfortable in it, and after spending a night there and being totally unable to sleep at all, retreated into what became her current room.

Hex's eyes blinked open, taking in the brand new day, and screwed themselves shut. She wasn't a morning person. Rolling out of her cot, she dragged herself to the chest, and drew out a towel. After some grumbling and wrist waggling, a Corridor opened before Hex. With same enthusiasm as before, she stumbled through and into her bathroom. Portaling in the morning, directly from her own room, to the steamy warmth of the bathroom, bypassing alot of cold and eerie stone corridors, was, in Hex's own opinion, the best way to do things. Especially seeing as it was buried deep in the heart of the castle, and she wasn't much one for a long trek early in the morning.

You know, even though I just think of it as a bathroom, Hex blearily thought to herself it's really more of a bath house. A clawed bath-tub that bordered on graduating to a swimming pool dominated the room, was already filled hot with water. Just like it was the first time she had come here. It still vaguely unnerved her, that whenever she entered any room, it was neat, tidy, and ready to be used. Hex had left the library a total mess for a moment, while she left for a snack. She had returned to find all the books neatly put away, the shelf she had accidentally knocked over righted, and her research notes organized into a small pile. It had been a full week of paranoia and constantly looking over her shoulder for some mysterious guardian or servant Maleficent had left behind, before she caught on to the fact that it was 'just' a series of powerful cleaning spells.

And so, with great grace and dignity, Hex went through her usual morning ritual. Which is to say, she stubbed her toe on one of the tub's claws while getting undressed and falling into the tub.
