Fox had heard the plop of something thick and possibly sticky hitting the ground and Kairi's comment. She turned to look at Kairi and then followed the girl's gaze.

Yeah, that was the White Mousse and it was a little bigger than Fox thought it would be. As matter of fact, fighting it inside the fissure was not advisable.
