"Whoa!" Ren scooted out of the way as Ray stumbled in. "You okay?" she asked, dipping down a little toward Ray's eye level. (It was the thought that counted, okay?)

"Yeah, sure." Ren floated to within arm's length and tried to stay relatively level there. "I'm right in front of you. Just put your hand on me and I'll guide you." She paused for a moment before groaning. "This is so fricking surreal..." she muttered, wishing she could face palm, or even shake her head right now.
