bonus points for anyone who gets Lali Ho
Spotting something she made her way to the stall, staring at all the different bags displayed. With all the traveling she had been doing recently, her old schoolbag was becoming more than a bit frayed around the edges.
"Looking for a bag, are ya? They're quite popular this year." The shopkeeper commented, walking up to her.
Kairi nodded, looking through the different styles available. "I need a new one and since I was here...." she trailed off, eyes landing on a backpack near the back. "Can I see that one?" She asked, pointing to it.
A few minutes later, Kairi bought the Lali Ho Moogle bag she spotted earlier. Noticing something peeking out from the front flap she pulled it out and blinked at the paper with the large printed 'WINNER' on it.
"Ah! You've won our bonus prize." The shopkeeper commented, noticing the paper himself. "If you go to the booth down the corner, you'll receive your gift." He said, pointing to the stall at the far end.
Thanking him, she headed towards it, prize paper in hand.

"Lali Ho Moogle?" He thought he'd heard of such a thing before, but he couldn't place where. Not that it mattered much. Kairi was clearly happy with her purchase. Roxas had been here the day before and had also bought a back pack. He'd kept it simple, though.
At the words 'Bonus prize', Roxas looked up, a bit puzzled. He'd heard there was some weirdness going on with the bags of holding having things in them. Aria had found a set of magic beads and Fox had found magic art supplies apparently. Could this be more of the same? But those prizes had been in the bags. This was only a note proclaiming the prize.
'I have a bad feeling about this,' he whined mentally as he followed Kairi over to collect the prize.
8D
Arriving at the booth, she glanced around the stall noting the familiars for sale. 'Animals....?' The booth was busy the time they arrived, more than a few people already inside looking around. Within minutes of presenting the paper, the shop owner disappeared into the back before returning with a small box. With a hurried 'Good Luck' he hastily ran back to one of the more demanding customers leaving her standing there, box in hand.
She swallowed rather uneasily, glancing at the frazzled shopkeeper and Roxas before opening the top. Inside, nestled in a pile of warming stones was an egg.
Re: 8D
Why was the prize at a shop that carried animals? His earlier bad feeling nagged at him again as the shopkeeper handed Kairi the box. He felt as uneasy as she looked as she opened the box.
"You've got to be kidding me," he snapped, staring at the egg, "It's... no, they wouldn't be crazy enough to give dragon eggs away like this, would they?" The last time he'd seen a dragon egg, Vexen had dragged him along to help collect research samples and had insisted on trying to steal an egg from the nest of a very cranky fire dragon.
